Movie Studio 17.0 crashing with "Unmanaged Exception"

Hi there,

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Movie Studio keeps crashing with the error "Unmanaged Exception (0xc0000005)".. The file associated with is SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll. I've tried a clean install of windows 10 and movie studio, this is still happening.

Same issue here...can't seem to get a response from anyone...I have an open trouble ticket.

Build 204, Windows 10....(correction, its' build 204)

You may need to Search as shown below and go through the list to find if there is anything to help you.
