Movie Studio 18 Platinum Steam Edition download speed super slow...

Hello there.

I have bought Movie Studio 18 Platinum Steam Edition and I have 200mbit fiber internet connection in my house. I can download any other games on steam with 20-22 mb/s. But when I try to download this software it is downloading with 20-50 kb/s...

I cleared download cache on steam, I disable my anti-virus protection but it didn't work... I reset my router too. Nothing happens..
