is there an email I can get to have direct communication to someone to ether get a refund (and of course lose access to my products) on the product or a new key?
I just bought the product (movie studio platinum 17) and when I go to register the product serial number it claims the number is invalid or is for another product even though it is the number I got from the email and is the one within my products in my Magix account, which also says the serial number is not in use. the error code I get is -14 and since it was an online order I can copy past the serial number from the email and there would not be a POSA limiter.
I have tried to send a report through the convoluted way of trying to loop me through the forms but I get told there was a problem, that it could not get saved. at this point I am just irritated at the lack of customer service available and want this over quickly.
