Same issue here. Factory reset doesn't help. It seems like 3rd party plug-ins causing the issue, in my case Ignite. Usually re-installing the plug-in helps (which I didn't do, yet).
My Ignite Pro (updated bundle, from VP 16 S?) 4.1.9221.34279 does not seem to be a problem here with VMS 17 P b.179. I don't think I have other HitFilm installed.
