MP4 rendering creating video failure

Magix.info community user referred me to this site. Hope this is the right site for product support.

Product info: Vegas Movie Studio 17

Computer: Toshiba laptop Windows OS 8.1 version

Problem: Vegas object not rendering to MP4 format

I've created my first video (vf). Now, I would like uploading it to my youtube channel hence need to convert existing vegas file to an mp4 extension file.

I have done the following steps:

1- Project; Make Video; Make MPG2/MP4 version (*** failed****)

2- Project; Make Video; Save/download locally (MP4) version failed

Would you please provide any help on why Vegas is not able to render my vegas video to MP4 format?

Thank you

Eloy Mendez

Are you using the Basic or Platinum version of Movie Studio 17?

Thank you.
Did you follow these 6 steps to make a mp4?
At 6 choose a location with enough place?
And after 6 of course "next".

Don't know if this causes your issue, but according to System requirements "you need a 64-bit version of Microsoft Windows 10".

I did follow the 6 steps outlined in your emailed and the only option working for me is AVCHD movie format the other three format prompted a creation error. I will capture screenshot and provide later today

Thank you

Yes, I saw that too but though maybe missed something in the installation process. Thus, I will update my laptops OS from version 8.3 to version 10.x
