Hi all, just installed this update and now my NewBlue Transitions and VideoFX are missing. Anyone else got this happening? Do I have to reinstall the ones that came with MS12 Platinum Suite? My VMS11 (Build 322) 32-bit still seems fine. Great work Sony.
Bob,
for me the v12 build 896 (and b 895) seems to be OK so far, but I can't test with the NB MSPPS 12 add-ons, as I have NB Titler Pro 1.0 installed.
I remember you having a lot of problems a couple of builds back as well as described here http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/forums/ShowMessage.asp?Forum=12&MessageID=843396
I'd suggest you contact NewBlue Support again.
Thanks, vkmast, for your prompt reply. Yes I have had trouble with NewBlue in the past; I guess I will send them an email now. My NewBlue Titler is still there, it is the Transitions and VideoFX that seem to have disappeared. I just wondered if anyone else had the problem.
Regards
BobH
Hi Markk655, been away for a couple of days. After the install, no NewBlue Transitions or VideoFX are listed, they have all disappeared. NewBlue came back to me and suggest I reinstall, so I will do that now and see what happens.
If you previously had the 32-bit version installed and this time installed the 64-bit version, that would explain why they "disappeared". Could that be the case?
Hi again and thanks for the replies. I have been away for some days. I reinstalled the NewBlue content using their link and it now appears to be back to normal. I will test and post again if I have further issues.
Thanks
BobH
