Your serial number should come in an email. Check your spam folder in case it went there.

Also this is a user to user forum, not Magix. Should the email not arrive you need to contact Magix direct.

Lastly it is advisable not to put private email addresses in a public forum as it can be picked up by potential scammers. I'll delete it for you.

Hi thanks so much for the reply. Unfortunately ive got nothing in my spam. So im not sure what to do from here. Cc has been charged but i have no way to active the product still…
