My account product info is incorrect. It says I have DVD Architect Studio 5.0 but I don't. I own Sony Vegas Movie Studio 13.0 Platinum. I need my serial number to install Sony Vegas Movie Studio 13.0 Platinum onto new PC. Thank you.
DVD A Studios used to come with Sony Vegas MS Platinum version purchases. If you bought your software from Sony Creative and also installed and registered them, you should still find the serial numbers of your SCS programs at the website: (I just checked this)

Of course you need to remember your old SCS account login details.
Otherwise you may need to contact infoservice@magix.net. Include as much info as you can (e.g. old and new email addresses you may have used in ordering.

P.S. Please note this as well: "after an unspecified number of installations [of Sony Vegas versions up to #13] upon different or updated PCs you may need to contact support to reset your "installation count".
