My installer does NOT download the programs. It just stacked at 0%

I bought Vegas Movie Studio 17 and I just cant download the programs. Once I execute the file, it does not move from 0%! I´ve tried so many thing. Please if someone knows how to solve it I will be so grateful.

Check that you don't have Windows Defender running as it has been known to block downloads

I´ve already tried it. I turned off the controlled carpet of Defender but the result was the same. It seems that there´s no solution. Is it possible to ask for a refund?
