my renew is coming up on 1/10/24 and I am confused. vp365

Greetings,

I am overwhelmed with the pricing format regards to this grey zone I am in, and what I just read on smartscription under the first link in the Forums and what I currently have vp365. I also feel like I am being setup to waste more money than I should by allowing it to auto renew versus electing new options, and the options that are on the landing page of vegas with much better price. After going through 90 percent of the content in the "Smartscription: a new purchase opiton" forum link, there has not be an update regards to this gray zone I among many are in. Also, look at the screen shots, one says I have the program for another year while another says it ends 1/10/24, so which is it? So about the Smartscription vs auto renew, I am thinking to cancel then to pick up the smartscription; otherwise, when I cancel, I cannot use vp21 anymore? nor access to stock videos/sounds? Wish, there was a a place to go with a video to explain this and flow chart to escort me/us to what options.

Assuming that the date convention being used is the US date convention (i.e M.D.Y as against the more logical ascending date convention order of D.M.Y), your current subscription is based on a yearly subscription starting on 10 January 2023. Your first uploaded image clearly shows that the next renewal begins on 10 January 2024 and that the subscription period is 12 months (from 10 January 2024). To me, this is clearly stated.

And if the OP is "interested in switching right now from your perpetual version of VEGAS Pro 21 or from a normal 365 subscription" to SmartScription, see this comment. It's also in the thread "under the first link in the Forums". It refers you to infoservice@magix.net as someone already wrote above.
