First time trying open the Vegas program or did you update?

I had opened and started learning the program. Later, after I had closed it , it would not re-open. I un-installed & Re-installed it, and got the same results

Installing again does not help, you have to do a full reset following this :  https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/
it is also this way for Vegas Movie Sudio
