Have you checked the air pressure in your tires? That should get you up and running .. :)

It would be helpful to know a few details such as - your computer specs, the type of video (4k/HD), what video player you're using, if you've tried playing the same file on another computer, the video format of the file, the camera model on which it was shot...etc. Right now all we have to go on is your user name :)
