Never received email with New Blue and Boris Primatte software keys

I cannot find a way to reach Magix except through the forum. I tried sending an email on this and all I got back was a receipt. I need my download links and activation keys for add-ons to my recent Vegas 20 purchase. I specifically need the New Blue (Edius) and Boris Primatte links and keys.

@Mark-Gervasoni did you try contacting Support by email as per this advice: "please contact customer support, specifying your order number, under shop@magix.net ?

Yes, and I received back a pdf receipt. Then I couldn't find that email address again. I'll send my request again. Thank you for posting that email address to contact them!
