I have been using it pretty heavily in the last few days without a crash. I will try that tomorrow.

Having said that I found that all my crashes, and I was having up to a dozen per day were allievieated by setting ram preview to zero and not using the exrenal monitor preview button to watch on my second monitor. I just started undocking the primary preview and placed it in the other monitor.

I was able to come out of compatibility mode and keep gpu accl on. Not one crash in probably 20 hrs of use.

To clarify, I think the latest build at the moment is 120815.

Whoops, wrote down wrong version number. I am using 120815. In any event, I reinstalled and still get crashes when changing shadow width. Can anyone else please check and confirm one way or another so I can report this problem accurately.

I tried adjusting the width in all parameters of the text and couldn't make it crash.

I just bought the new version of Heroglyph. The New Blue titler looks like it might be nice some day when it actually works properly, but it's been a year now and I have deadlines and projects that need to get done now.

Please try with "segoe script " font selected. Thanks

Laurence, I have deadlines and projects to get done too. Titler Pro has worked like a champ for me no matter what I throw at it.

berkesnd, Thank you for also taking this to NewBlue support. I have been trying hard to duplicate this and have been unable to do so at this time.

I was one who had issues with NewBlue Titler Pro and was discouraged and disappointed.
Now after ensuring I have the latest driver for my nVidia processor and the most recent version of the software I can't make it crash.

I also dialed back dynamic RAM to zero in Vegas Pro 11 and reduced the number of rendering threads to 1, as suggested by the folks at Raylight.
Anyway, that's how I made it work with advice from a lot of folks including Edward on this forum.
TitlerPro is a pleasure to work with, intuitive and powerful.
As a Vegas user I am now thankful that this was tossed in as a freebee with SVP 11!
What a deal!
Thanks to Edward and his team.

No, I don't work for NewBlue.
But it works for me.

I am glad to be able to agree with Dan.
