New Installation Activation

I'm trying to register my Vegas Movie Studio 6.0 purchase on a new machine and cannot get an Activation Code. Online registration fails with the message attached in the image below.

I really resent this. I have paid for this software and nothing about this should be this difficult for a paid user.

Can anyone please help me get this bloody thing registered?

You need to Ask VEGAS Support

From the FAQ: ("9. --- Older versions of Vegas Pro than 14.0 [and Movie Studio] are licensed under a system (as previously used by Sony) which permits use on multiple computers by one user; after an unspecified number of installations on different or updated PCs you may need to contact support to reset your "installation count".)

I guess you could try also #3 here.

Good. Have you tried to click any of the options there to proceed from here?

Note that https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/ should give you two options: Ask the Community and Ask Support. The latter leads you to https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/interview/ which is now linked three times in my comments.
