If you've been dealing with Maxon about a Sony version of Movie Studio or Vegas Pro, it's no wonder that your support request has not resulted in a successful outcome. This is because Maxon has never owned nor (thankfully) currently owns Movie Studio or Vegas Pro. Anway, Movie Studio was discontinued in the middle of last year and has been replaced by a different product with an eerily similar name. It's specifications and recommended minimum system requirements are here: https://www.magix.com/us/sem/movie-studio/specifications/#c1477846

Further questions about this - a MAGIX product - should be addressed here: https://www.magix.info/us/video-forum/movie-studio/

Vegas Pro specifications and recommended minimum system requirements are here: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/specifications/#productMenu

And Vegas Pro 20 even has a trial version so that you can test it for yourself.

@William-DeProspo, I have not seen any issues installing and activating older versions of VEGAS on my machines - Windows 10 and Windows 11. You would need to better explain what issue you are having/what error messages you are getting.

If you purchase a current version from Magix, yes it will work on your current Windows 11 machine assuming the minimum requirements are met.

Regarding working in VEGAS Pro, are you referring to a Maxon product that you have subscribed (or consider subscribing again)? What does the MAXON site say about the compatibility and requirements?
