NewBlue Titler EX

Hi guys. Im a complete novice at all this but i just got a new computer and movie studio hd suite 12 and im getting crashes if i select NewBlue EX (sony movie studio is not responding) or something along those lines. Any help would be brilliant. My setup is-
Intel Core i7-3820 Quad Core 3.60 GHz
Asus P9X79 Pro Intel Chipset
16GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB 16XPCle 3.0Video Card.

First thing I'd do would be to ensure that I have all of the Windows updates. You may even want to manually go to Windows Update and download even the non-critical updates.

Then, for good measure, I'd go to the AMD site, run the Driver Finder in the upper left corner of this page and then download the latest driver for my graphics card.

Brand new computers can have drivers that are several months out of date.

Thanks Steve. I should of stated this before but windows and all drivers including AMD have been updated. So im rather stuck to be honest...
