This is a known issue, because the dialog is mis-scaled. I'm assuming you're running Windows 10:

Thanks for the quick response OneBuckFilms. Yes, I've Windows 10...

When the update will be usable?
I've recently received this notification from Sony Vegas:

This is the correct and appropriate update? Or no?

Build 105 is the current version, which still has the issue. Still awaiting the fix myself, supposedly mid-late this month.

It's a drama... I look foward to receive the update!

I have an important project, will be lost with the next update? I really hope not...
The project is so important!

You don't need the button, hit "enter" and the render will start

How "intuitive" is that?

Totally not, but when its very important to someone to render his "important project" it's a simple workaround.

I've hit "enter", but the render starts for all the project... and not only for the "loop region".

Are you able to see in the upper left corner of your Render As window the Render Options pull-down menu? Click the arrow and select Render loop region only.
