No Picture in Picture FX

Hi, I've just purchased Vegas Movie Studio 15, and I don't appear to have the picture in picture FX. Maybe I've missed a trick..?

If you have the basic VMS 15 (not Platinum) version, unfortunately the PiP track is not included there. In that case you might consider this. (Also here.)

I trialled version 14 and assumed PiP would be included in the basic v15. Dammit.
