No product, no refund, no answer: Scam

I never received a product since shipping was not available, I contacted their email and only got one vague response, but since then never heard anything. I've been wanting a refund or at least a download version of Vegas Pro software, but it seems they just kept my money without saying anything back.

What product exactly did you order and where (exactly adres) did you order that product?
Did you also receive confirmation of your purchase?

I bought Vegas Pro Edit 21, received a confirmation but by mistake clicked on physical shipping, which of course wouldn't work since I'm in El Salvador. Contacted them, received a message saying, yup, we can't send it there, please answer. I replied, didn't get an answer for months.

@Former user would there be any serial number (product key) on your MAGIX Account for the software you purchased? And I assume you contacted shop@magix.net stating your problem?

Nope, there is nothing. I've contacted them many times and receive no response.

Is there anything in your email Spam folder? Have the charges cleared your bank? Did you purchase directly from Magix/Vegas Creative Software, or from a third party vendor?
