O Suporte não responde os Emails

Tive problemas com a ativação do Vegas 23 após a compra vitalícia do produto, a chave de ativação foi para um email errado e contatei o suporte para resolver esse erro e não tive respostas, ele fala que dentro de 2 a 4 dias terei retorno, faz 14 dias e dois emails que enviei e não tive retorno...Caso não consiga recuperar minha chave, gostaria de solicitar o reembolso, mas mesmo assim não tenho respostas sobre isso, o que eu faço?(*@*)
