Password reset.

My son has a full version of Sony Vegas Pro 15. When he tried to install it on his new computer it said it was registered to a different password. When he tried to get his password reset to see what was up he doesn't receive the password reset email.

We are now stuck in a loop.

Is there any way to reverse look up the email address associated with a serial number to make sure he is using the correct email? Any advice?

Any error code number? (for VEGAS Pro 15 from MAGiX, not Sony)
