Payment declined, account locked after updating payment details

Actually really annoyed about this and hoping someone can help.
I changed my bank card a few months ago and a few weeks later I got an email stating that Magix couldnt take payment. I updated my card details, paid the 0.87p to verify the card (a charge I can see on my banking app), so naturally I assume it's been taken care of.
Today I wake up to an email saying my account is locked for non payment and... get this... Magix reserves the right to "engage services of a collection agency or take other action". Are you fucking kidding me?
If anyone can put me in contact with the right person then please let me know. MAGIX still tried to charge the old card (I can see this on the app) so it's not my mistake. Why add and verify a new card if your system doesn't try to use the updated details?

Absolute joke that something as simple as a payment method gets messed up so easily and the threatening emails (for an issue on MAGIX side) is also something I don't appreciate.
