PC Check & Tuning No Serial number

I just upgraded my Vegas Pro 14 to Vegas Pro 17 and it came with several programs including PC Check & Tuning but I can not activate the program because I was never given a serial number for it. Can someone help?

PC Check & Tuning may have come with the "download manager" (at least with the Movie Studio 17 versions) but it's just a teaser for the application and needs to be purchased separately. See https://www.magix.com/us/supplementary-programs/pc-check-tuning/
