Platinum 13 Trimmer Timeline

I have not been able to find out how to stretch the Trimmer timeline, if possible. In Platinum 10 the time line length could be varied by using the controls in the lower right hand corner or using the keyboard arrows. I would like to stretch the time line so that the keyboard arrows will adjust the cursor one cel at a time.

From MSP 13 Help (F1).
"The ruler, scrollbar, and zoom controls may not be visible if there is not enough space to display them. Drag the horizontal splitter between the video monitor and the Trimmer timeline to adjust the height of the timeline."

Try holding down the Alt key when you use the left & right arrows. a tiThis should move the cursor one frame at a time regardless of zoom level.

As Chienworks says and that applies to 10 and 13. In MSP 10 (or VPro) the same controls are hidden as well, if "there's not enough space to display them".

Thank you. I might not be properly understanding the Sony directions about dragging the horizontal splitter between the video monitor and the Trimmer timeline. I have expanded the Trimmer window to the point that there are no controls not shown. What I would like to do is to find out how to zoom in on the timeline so that I expand the displayed video. As it is I cannot do a good analysis of the clip in the Trimmer, 15 minute clip, as the individual cels can not be individually displayed. Maybe I am not describing my problem properly. I am looking for some process where by I can do with the Trimmer time line the same as I can with the assembly time line by pressing down on the plus button in the lower right hand corner.

Hurrah!!! I found it and I thank each of you for your suggestions. I was not properly interpreting the location where the horizontal splitter was to be drug. Thanks again.
