If you just want to vent, that is fine but if you want help from other users, we need more information. Which version of Movie Studio are you using? What specific plugins do not work?

I'd love some help, just want to activate my product, what do you need to know? I've tried entering my key but it's rejected and support says contact Boris fx who say just need a key and internet connection that I have already.

Ok it was a license error all fixed thanks. Just needed to call Boris fx.

I'm told we get one plug in of Continuum? I hope it's not my last purchase since I've used it since 12. I like the Vegas editor very much but it seems very confusing trying to get any plug ins working. Even understanding what plug ins are included as Boris fx has stated only one piece of Continuum is actually included? Since magix won't respond to support request for what I actually bought with the suite I'm lost as to what I'm able to use or not. All plug ins seem unable to activate, Boris states it's only able to activate for one pc yet the magix site says the programs usable on 2 pc's no mention of plug ins only being usable by 1 pc :(

The product page describes what's included with the VMS 15 Suite. Short videos about the third-party plugins/FX there as well. There may be extras in the (almost weekly) special offers.

Well either way it's a good deal for Vegas really anyway, it's probably the best paid program I've ever used. Even though I got a little frustrated the other day, I'm happy with my software and it's been working really well. :) Just wish I could use my plug ins on both pcs as well.
