Thanks for the kind words @Musicvid. The Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art asked me to make a 5-minute video for their annual Art in Nature Photo Festival. This year it's all digital because of the covid-19 pandemic. I must admit I'm much more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it. I think I'm okay making live presentations where I can interact with the audience but I'm not very good presenting in front of the camera. The video won't be linked to their site until early July.

Of course, the entire video was edited in Vegas Pro 12.

@Musicvid Thank you. It's been a good learning experience. I definitely enjoy the historical stories since that let's me exercise my "Ken Burns" desires. There are a few where I can't do more than show a talking head and try to hide some of the c**p they have in the background :-)

@amendegw I can tell you that *I* enjoyed the virtual talk :-)

We did a "photo tour" of Lisbon in January. It was great exercise as well as instructive.

After nearly 5 months in quarantine, we ventured out to Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pa for a day in the sun to celebrate our 53rd Wedding Anniversary. Here is about 10 minutes of the beauty that can be found there.

Very nice viewfinder composition, Bob! And leveling generally good.

I've heard better recordings of Handel, though. Seems like the strings and upper woodwinds can't quite agree on the tuning. A bit cringeworthy in spots, for a retired conductor.

No apologies necessary. Having dealt with music rights issues for decades, the safest advice has always been the same.

Just ask the publisher. The very worst thing they can do is to say, "No." I once got permission from RUG and ALW to perform music unreleased in the U.S., just by being up front about it.

Probably it's only a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to capture my hometown, Bandung city, in empty condition, due to forced Large Scale Social Restriction from March to June...

And glad I did... It's a story for future generations...

My city of Melbourne is now just about 2 weeks out of 6 into lock-down mark 2. But empty Melbourne CBD streets are not new because the city was featured with empty streets (along with San Francisco) in the 1959 flop Hollywood film, 'On the Beach' starring Ava Gardner, Gregory Peck and Fred Astaire (Dir: Stanley Kramer).
