Preview window

Preview window has now become very small (1" x 0.5"). How do I restore it to its original size? Only the play button is displayed in the preview window. I am unable to drag the window splitter between the media window and the preview window. I have re-installed the software but this does not solve the problem.

You probably have the basic Movie Studio 13. Try resetting. From the old SCS site KB item 2744:

Close the program. Now press CTRL+SHIFT while double-clicking on the program's icon to launch it. You should see a window that asks "Do you want to reset all preferences to default values?" Place a checkmark next to "Delete all cached application data" and then click Yes.
