Hi, i have big problem with Vegas pro 15 or 16. They both can't start, and everyting looks like this:

What I tried, Installed up to date .net framework, gpu drivers, windows update. Rescanned with Power Shell commands.
Re-install, or get newest version, combinations of "run as administrator, windows 8/7 mode".
Pro 14 still work great.
Maybe we could see a reason if you show us the rest of that error message, scroll down on that fault.

With me on laptop and desktop of signature Vegas Pro 14,15 and 16 and Vegas Movie Studio 14,15 and 16 Pl are working very well without problems after a few minor tweaks.

Compare the problem and fault module in Problem descriptions of your screenshot and the linked thread.

Because that was a short time solution, that a few days was resolved by the maker of that extension with a new version that gave that fault not.

but at what @Radomir wrote there also "If you have SeMW Extensions installed, recall the extension within VP14 and de-select all functions. Then try to open VP15 again" I got the impression that his solution not was the new install of SeMW , but in stead of that he deactivated the older extension.
Yes, he seems to only have used Marco.'s early solution/suggestion in the other thread to solve his problem. The FAQs are sometimes overlooked due to having to test "too many" suggestions.
That problem I have also, those faqs are so long and extensive that it takes also for me too much time . Lucky me I'm not a moderator here ( also not anymore at the Dutch forum) so they are fortunately not my business!
