In DVD Architect software if y try to click on rolling text , the text does not roll.
If y load the help file directly under Windows the rolling text rolls normaly.
Wat is the problem with DVD Architect?
How are you creating rolling text in DVD Architect?
Sorry, i am french and i do not use exact words.
I talk about the drop-down text of the on line help of DVD Architect sofware.
the problem is that: when i click on a drop-down text, no more information is diplayed.
I think it is a bug in DVD Architect.
I search for a solution and i find one : I search the help file on the disk, I find dvdarch70.chm. I open that file directly and drop-down texts works normaly.
Now i do not use the menu of DVD Architect to get help but i use a shorcut that i put on the desktop.
I do not know what is the probleme.
Okay thanks for the clarification. You have a problem with the Help window not behaving properly in DVDA7. I cannot reproduce the problem. Please give an example of an item in the Help that shows this.
As for the solution you have found a work around. You could also try a reset. Hold Ctrl+Shift as you start the programme. Beware that it will delete any customisation.
Thanks EricLNZ and vkmast for your messages. Finally my solution is good because in normal condition I do need help daily.
I have other stronger problem(s) with DVDA7. I get it from MAGIX free for 1 month to evaluate if it is ok for my application. I spend 1week to kwnow how to use it ( because there was several crash and the help not fonctionning correctly). I spend another week after sending a message to MAGIX support with no answer !
I sent a new message to MAGIX support and the answer is : verify if your computer and your softwares are uptodate ... I have send a new message to define precisely the probleme perhaps they they're going to give me the solution ( I have a dream) . I have 10 days left to finish the evaluation!
Actualy my problem is that DVDA7 give me this message box:
"État : mscorlib.dll::ThreadHelper::ThreadStart_Context::Video buffer underflows. -"
After searching everywhere I understood that the video flow is punctually too important .I found a solution by reducing the HSS rate value( 20999-->20000kbits/sec) in the mainconcept compiler( I use VDL premium 2020 for editing video ). This Morning I managed to create a disk image with a video file input.
I am not sure i have the good solution and continue the tests before buying the DVDA7.
Before i use VDL premium 2020 to make directly the autoring of the blueray' s but there is not the possibility to create playlists (you can't start reading a single chapter or a group, the reading begin at a chapter and end at the end of the film) and y do not know an other software to complete VDL for making authoring blueray's with good menus.
