Problems installing VegasMovie Studio 16

I tried three times to install the Vegas Movie Studio 16 (Build 108), but always stops on "Creating video plug-in factory", one of those three times, i initiated as admin and the result it was the same. Someone had this same issue in the installation ?

I have seen that after a install when starting the program and not at installing. During installing I never saw such kind of messages.
