Problems with Activation

Hello, and thanks for your support. I am having difficulty with my Movie Studio Suite activation process. It keeps telling me my serial # is incorrect even though I've put it in several times. I'm on a 64-bit operating system, windows 10 Home, HP laptop. I'm not able to access my software editor.

@Norma-Kerr Which version of Movie Studio Suite do you have?

If you have the latest version then unfortunately Movie Studio 18 is not a VEGAS product as Vegas Movie Studio has been discontinued. Consequently support for Movie Studio 18 is not available on this Vegas site. However, support for it is available from the Magix user forum at https://www.magix.info/us/news-forum/.
