Which build of Vegas 20 are you using?
Look at Help/about.
At first option reset the program following this exactly: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/

@Ilya-Belyanin

To view the version number (build) and serial number for your software, go to "Help" > "About [Program Name]".

@Ilya-Belyanin You will find a link for build 402 in this thread https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/vegas-pro-20-build-402--140736/

You possibly have a corrupt installation so also do a "Factory Reset". Instructions here https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/

Report back when you've done both of the above.

@Ilya-Belyanin please check that you've purchased a MAGIX-licensed legit version of VEGAS Pro 20. It's possible that you've got a pirated version as "Sony Vegas Pro 20" does not exist (as advised above). Note that there is no support here for cracked or pirated versions.
