Make sure your cache folder is clean (delete everything with VP closed). The initial startup will be kind of long, once it's up, restart VP. Use task manager to make sure VP is completely gone from memory before starting it back up. C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\VEGAS Pro\<version #>

@karen-c Try zooming in really far down to the frame level, see if there’s anything different in the clip at that point. Temporarily remove a small piece of your video clip, then see if it renders ok. I'm assuming that there’s maybe an issue, corruption, at the point where it stops rendering.

Maybe remove any effect you have added at that point, if applicable.
