Program stopped responding, now it does not open.

Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum has stopped responding several times, and now the program just won't open. That's it. Please advise.

EDIT: There's a new wrinkle! I went to Uninstall the Program, and Windows let me know I was not allowed to Uninstall a program that was running. The program doesn't appear in task manager when I Ctrl-Alt-Del. So I don't know how to find it, if its actually open.

You could at least try resetting the software to default settings. Follow closely the instructions (which apply to Movie Studios as well).

Thank you, I found that in the Forum and tried it. It doesn't open the program. I tried it many times, and one time it gave me the Pop-Up "allow this program to make changes to your computer?" So I clicked Yes, and then the PopUp disappeared, but nothing else happened after that. Thank you.
