I did yes.. Do you know if there is a way to know if I am in trial mode? I had to download the licence again in my work computer this time, so maybe something went wrong.

Please read this regarding trial renders.

I shouldn't be in trial mode since I've paid 20 euros to use Vegas Pro. Do you know if there is a way to confirm if I am indeed in a trial mode? And if I am, how do I subscribe for a month? Thanks a lot

vkmast wrote on 9/8/2020, 5:45 AM

If you did subscribe for a month, you shouldn't be in any trial mode unless something went wrong when you activated. See what your MAGIX Account > My products shows. Customer support starts from here.

Ok so I just saw my bank account details and MAGIX has been taking me 21 euros every months since May even though I specified I wanted to use it for a month only and on my contract, it says 1 month subscription.

Please, how can I reach them? Email, phone number? I don't even know how to end this AND it seems I am still on a trial mode?

Why would they allow 1 month subscription if they automatically extend by one month the agreement? Doesn't make sense to me but I hope they'll be able to refund me.

Anyway, thank you very much for you help and answers.

A very common policy to extend automatically unless you cancel. I have had quite a few of those kind of agreements elsewhere.

RogerS wrote on 9/8/2020, 9:35 AM

I don't see anything saying it's a 1-month subscription. It's monthly unless you cancel.

vkmast wrote on 9/8/2020, 9:48 AM

You choose from these options. Please compare the "purchasing details".

E.g. in 12 months annual subscription: "The contractual period of VEGAS Pro 365 will be automatically extended by 12 months at a time until you cancel the agreement. "

I see how the one month part would be confusing if you don't read the fine print:

"Subscription and cancellation conditions: VEGAS Pro 365 will be available immediately after payment and activation. The charge for the minimum term is payable as a single sum upon conclusion of the contract. The minimum term begins on the date of purchase. If you cancel your order within 14 days, you will receive a complete refund. @RogerS as was shown in my citation above re the 1 month subscription plan option. I recommend that potential buyers click "Purchasing details" and read "the fine print" there. As shown in my screenshot there are three different payment plans to choose from. In the 12 months plans:

"Subscription and cancellation conditions: VEGAS Pro 365 will be available immediately after payment and activation. The charge for the minimum term is payable as a single sum upon conclusion of the contract. The minimum term begins on the date of purchase. If you cancel your order within 14 days, you will receive a complete refund. The contractual period of VEGAS Pro 365 will be automatically extended by 12 months at a time until you cancel the agreement. You will be informed well in advance if the extension rate or taxes included change. A cancellation is possible up to 1 month before the end of the contract period.
