purchased Pro 18 upgrade and free Pro19 when avail but never got email

I purchased the MAGIX to Pro 18 upgrade with free upgrade to Pro19 when available but never got the email or license.
I look in my products and not showing Pro 19

What gives?

You should have received it months ago. Check your Spam folder. If no luck contact Vegas Support https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/
