Purchased Vegas Post 20 and 365 Pro Now Effect and Image Will Not Open

I purchased Vegas Post 20 upgrade when they were offering the pre release sale. After seeing what Vegas 365 Pro offers ( speech to text, Vegas content, Mobile to timeline I purchased the Vegas Pro 365 version tonight. I know I made a mistake getting both versions ( Post 20 and 365 Pro) because now I cannot run Vegas Effects or Vegas Image without uninstalling Vegas 365 and installing Vegas 20 Post. When I try to open Vegas Effects I get the message that you must activate Vegas Post before you can open Vegas Effects. When I open Vegas 365 and put a event on the timeline and right click to open in Vegas effects, Vegas gives me the not responding blue circle.

I thought I could just install Effects and Image from my Post, and they would open in 365. But for it to work it wants me to uninstall 365 and reinstall 20 Post, thus making 365 useless.

Is there a way to get it to work? or can Magix reimburse me for my Post Purchase? If they can I will purchase the Vegas 365 Post.

In the mean time, you can go into the help menu in your 365 subscription, select "deactivate this PC", and then re-install VEGAS Post, using your Post serial number. Then you will be able to activate Effects and Image. From there, if you need to use the online features, do the same process in reverse.
