Re-Installing Movie Studio Platinum on new computer

So I had to completely wipe my computer, and I'm going through the process of re-installing all my old programs. The issue is, I'm fairly certain I had Movie Studio Platinum 12, which I don't know if I can download anymore? And even if I could, I can't find where my serial code would be to activate it again. Does anyone know how I would get this program back?

See if you can find your "serial code" following the advice in section 3. (Magix Service Center). If it is there, you can download your software from there as well.

If it is not there, read the last paragraph in section 6. You need to log in to your old www.sonycreativesoftware.com account. If you find it this way, use the advice in section 3 or 4 to download.

If the above means do not help, try Customer Service.

So even though I used my email to have the serial code sent when I first purchased the product, it looks like I never made an actual account with them. And since I bought it so long ago, I deleted the email with the serial code after I activated it. Do you think customer service can help with just my email, or am I out of luck?

Did you try what is advised in section 3, i.e. Magix Service Center "My Account". Sign in with what you use to log in to this forum to see if there's anything for you. As for Customer Service, worth a try.
