About a week ago I purchased the downloadable version of Movie Studio 13 Platinum, for the full $80 price.
A few days afterwords I got promotion email from Sony Creative that the very same package is on 30%(!) discount until the end of May.
I feel bummed out, cheated really.
I live outside the USA, so I searched the website for re-price policy on goods, but found nothing.
I emailed Sony Creative, but no response. The chat will be available only after the discount period is over.
Does anybody have any experience with on-line re-pricing a week old purchase of software ?
Can you tell me where to email or who to chat with ?
