Recent Upgrade Confusion from Sony Vegas Movie Studio 13

Hi Everyone. I recently upgraded my Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 13 Studio version to Magix Vegas Movie Studio 15 Platinum. When I upgraded the upgrade window said that the upgrade would contain proDad ReSpeedr 1.0, NewBlueFX Filters 5 Recolor, and NewBlueFX Filters 5 Recreate. I'm using Windows 10.

When I launch the new version, I don't see any of the above software. Does anyone know why? Where should I normally be able to see this software in the Vegas Movie Studio 15 menus?

They are probably separate downloads, and won't appear until they are installed. Did you get an email with download links and activation codes? Also run the installer file again as it may contain the download links.

I checked and there was only one single download that looks like it contained Vegas Movie Studio 15 Platinum and Vegas DVD Architect. I have no other downloads. When I run the installer these are the only two applications I can install. I'm not finding this transition from Sony to Magix very straight forward or very comforting. That's too bad because I've been a user of Sony Vegas editors since Movie Studio 6 which was released in 2006.

If you do not have the confirmation email of your order from Magix with the download links and serial numbers, contact support https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/request

Thanks. I'll do that.
