Can you just tell me yes or no? From your experience. I just got it on 11/26/2023 and I saw got only like 20 downloads for stuff for each month on the stock stuff.
If you get edit, you get limited downloads. Suite and Post are unlimited, with Suite being limited to HD, post getting unlimited 4K and HD. It's on the website, right above where you buy it.
@A21-EDITS so it seems that you actually have a VEGAS Pro (Edit) 365 Subscription, not a perpetual license. You forgot to mention that in your OP.
I cannot tell "from my experience" as I have not needed personally to ask refunds. But regarding 365 subscriptions, please see your MAGIX account > My contracts. As far as I know, there should now be a recently added option there to cancel your subscription (besides emailing infoservice@magix.net as advised in section II of the Ts&Cs.)
Anyway, The General Terms and Conditions are recommended reading (and not even in "small print").

"FYI, what I have been able to dig up from the sales team, Edit 365 users limited VEGAS Content access is 20 royalty-free HD video/audio clips per month."
You were tagged by a moderator in that thread "please note the comment above".
Honestly I dont know. Lol. I think I cancelled it out from the 14 day period the monthly subscription. For the edit one so I think I couldn't get a refund then. But I cancelled this one straight away.
If you authorized the bank to make the transfer to the merchant on your behalf, you need to revoke your authorization with the bank. You will need to notify your bank at least three business days before the scheduled date of the transfer and inform it that you wish to stop payment."
And "Do authorization charges go away?
In the case of debit cards, authorization holds can fall off the account, thus rendering the balance available again, anywhere from one to eight business days after the transaction date, depending on the bank's policy. In the case of credit cards, holds may last as long as thirty days, depending on the issuing bank."
