Refunding of Sony Vegas 18

Hello, I was wondering if I could seek guidance on how and where to refund the software that I just bought that I don't really use anymore (Sony Vegas 18). I do plan on getting Sony Vegas 13, but yeah. If you could reply of course and guide me, that would be very helpful.

There is no Sony Vegas 18, only Vegas 18 owned by Magix. Version13 is years old so why do you want to go back?

As for getting a refund - It will depend on from where you bought it and when?
