I have installed Vegas Movie Studio 16 for the second time, as it did not work properly the first time. Now I am not allowed to fill in my serial number, as I am told it is already there. How do I delete the number?

go to https://www.magix.com or https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com and log-in into your account, see 'My Products' and go detail through it. You will see the installed devices there and remove it.
