Please see the items Software Activation and Software Registration here. If you had registered your software, deactivate it using your MAGIX Account. (Please see point 9 here.)

The serial number of your software deleted for data protection.

@David-Moylan The serial number is what you need to activate but it needs to be used with the email address that was originally used. To my knowledge there is no registration code, the registration is to an email address.

What exactly happens when you try to activate your software? What is the error message?

So I go to render and it comes up with stopped working and then it shuts down
