After downloading the software I attempted to register my product. It stated that my serial # was registered to another email address. The email address I am using is the only one I have. How can you correct this problem?
Meanwhile, if you got the "error code -24" notice, this is the standard Support advice. If that does not help, you might do a forum Search ("Find...") like "error code -24" (quotation marks included) for possible solutions.
