I installed Vegas pro 16 from a product key after getting it from the humble bundle a while back. I had uninstalled it due to an audio glitch that would take random bits of my audio and turn it into a loud, obnoxious scratching noise. It had been happening too often to simply fix by restarting. I tried signing in to download it again however it does not recognize my password, and has not sent me a reset email despite requesting one. Is it possible to download a trial of Vegas Pro 18 from the Vegas site and use my Vegas Pro 16 key?
