Rendering in architect pro

I,m rendering in architect pro 5 build186. When rendering a bluray and the rendering progress hits 100% I get a message that states dvd architect studio has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. I am doing this by choosing the prepare the current project to a specified folder. Thanks for any help.

You have DVD A Studio, not Pro. While waiting for anybody to come along with other suggestions, try this.
"Close the program. Now press CTRL+SHIFT while double-clicking on the program's icon to launch it. Continue to hold the CTRL & SHIFT keys until the program is fully up and loaded."

Well after talking to sony and paying to try and fix the problem it still exist. Only now its worse because movie studio platinum 12 crashes also. Tech support says its a problem with windows and Microsoft says its a problem with sony and the program is corrupt. Ok so I download DVD architect pro 6 and it also crashed. if anyone has an idea of what could be wrong please help

I think my next step would be to uninstall the Sony components and reinstall them.

Sorry for the long delay in responding. Will all of my videos that I rendered in platinum 12 be erased? As you can tell I'm not very computer savvy.
