I've been in touch with Magix but their response has not been clear. I'm a subscription user now and want to renew. Do I pay the $239 and then do they refund or what? Here's what they wrote me.

We can offer the following options. Your subscription would renew on 06/17/2023. The fee for another year is $239.88 USD. If you want to keep the subscription, we can offer you a refund of 50% after that.

What do they mean by "after that". Do they mean after I pay them the $239 or do they mean next year?
Also I've attached a screen shot and the area I've marked in yellow makes no sense to me. Can someone explain all this.

Clicking the circled "i" at the website's Online Shop you'll see this statement (re "annual 365 subscription"):

"Subscription and cancellation conditions: VEGAS Pro 365 will be available immediately after payment and activation. The charge for the minimum term is payable as a single sum upon conclusion of the contract. The minimum term begins on the date of purchase. The contractual period of VEGAS Pro 365 will be automatically extended by 12 months at a time until you cancel the agreement. You will be informed well in advance if the extension rate or taxes included change. A cancellation is possible up to 1 month before the end of the contract period. To cancel the contract, please send an email stating your customer [or order] number to: infoservice@magix.net"

Currently your MAGIX account > My contracts has an option there to cancel as shown in your screenshot.

As we are not MAGIX and do not want to assume anything, maybe best that you ask infoservice@magix.net to clarify the offer.

I have asked them and it simply wasn't clear at all. Your post has helped. I'll try again with Magix.
