Here's the thing, you should be ashamed of selling a product that doesn't even have an easy refund option, I'm racking my brains to solve this, I'm not going to pay anything! I guarantee that, I'm asking for a refund, it hasn't passed the first day so I'm asking for a refund, if they take a while to respond, it won't be my fault, I'm asking for a refund, it's been an hour and a half or so since I bought it and I've already seen the disaster which is, and if you don't cancel I'll send the photo to the bank and everything! I want my refund now!​​​​​​​

I'm in the same boat. I've been trying to get the sound fixed for more than two weeks and I have not been able to. First I had an issue with Vegas Capture because I was not able to record my screen. Then, I got it to work on a different pc because vegas Capture doesn't work with certain computer monitors. But after I figured it out, I realized I had an issue with the sound on Vegas capture. I went out and bought a better microphone and it did not fix it. The sound is terrible. Like you are under water. My microphone works fine with every other program I use.

@Hugo-Hugo this is a user forum and cannot "refund" your subscription of (MAGIX ) VEGAS Pro 365. And Sony has nothing to do with this either.

Please go to your MAGIX account > My contracts and see if you find there the option to cancel your contract.
